Ariana Grande has always spoken out loud about the importance of mental health, but she's taking it to a new level by giving away $1 million dollars worth free therapy. Ariana Grande has been very outspoken about her own metal health struggles including PTDS and how she wants to end the stigma around metal health issues.
Just last month she shared this with her fans for Metal Health Awareness Month writing, "here's to ending the stigma around mental health and normalizing asking for health. Healing isn't linear, fun, quick or at all easy but we are here and we've got to commit to making this time as healthy, peaceful and beautiful as possible. The work is so hard but we are capable and worth it". And now, Ariana is taking things one step further by partnering with online therapy and counselling company Better Help. Ari took to instagram to reveal that she and Better Help are working together to give away $1 million dollar worth in free therapy......which might just be the best instagram giveaway of all time.
Alongside her post, Ariana wrote how excited she is for this initiative saying quote, "while acknowledging that the therapy should not be for the privileged few, but something everyone has access to and acknowledging that this doesn't fix issues in the long run, i really wanted to do this anyway for help and to hopefully rid your minds of ant sort to self judgment in doing so!"
In her post, Ariana also added that she cannot wait to do even more work with Better Help in the future. But as fans and celebs commented on her post this was an incredible place to start. And we couldn't agree more with them. This is an amazing initiative and we are grateful that Ari used her platform and voice to invest in such important project like this, one we are certain that will help a lot of people.
