Born on 16th February, 1977 in Koforidua, in the Eastern Region of Ghana.
He continued his Advanced level, and completed the Ghana Secondary School situated in Koforidua.
After he completed college, he did his National service with National Archives, Public Records Department in 1996. He then joined radio after his completion in 1997, having Mr. Simon Baaman of Nakpanduri as his overall boss.
Abeiku Santana worked with Radio Z, now Eastern Fm in Koff Town from 1997 to 1999, and then moved to Radio Mercury in Kumasi, from 1999 to 2001.
In 2002, Santana joined Multimedia Group Company Limited, where he chaired the Ofiekwanso Show, a drive-time program from 2pm to 6pm weekdays.
He is currently with Okay Fm, a sub media under the Depite Media Group as the station’s Drive Time host.
Abeiku Santana got married to his first wife, Margret and got divorced on the 12th of March 2012 after they had six children.
He on October 2013 Abeiku Santa got married to his second wife, Genevieve.
In 2019, Santana's daughter Nana Aba Aggrey, died at age 4 at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital on June 7 whilst undergoing surgery.
Rumors' around media houses allege that he used his daughter for rituals which he later came out to deny.
Santana was honored at the Pan-African Executives Awards Summit 2018, and on July 2020, won a Special Recognition Award for Tourism Marketing and Promotion at the annual Exclusive Men of the Year 2020.
He also won the Radio and Television Personality of the Year 2020 at the RTP Awards.
He received special recognition award by City People Entertainment Awards.
