I Would Endorse Alcoholic Beverages If Not For The Gospel - Gospel Musician

Popular Ghanaian Gospel Music has revealed that she would love to endorse alcoholic beverages if she wasn't into gospel music.

According to the artiste, her current work as gospel artiste is not allowing her to endorse alcohol any beverages.

However, gospel musician, Patient Nyarko in an interview with Nana Kwame Gyan on Accra FM's Entertainment Capital, October, 3rd, told the host she does not take in alcohol.

Though, she does not consume alcohol but she would love to endorse if she were a secular musician.

The Gospel musician added that, “I can’t endorse alcoholic beverages, If I were a secular artiste, I would love to endorse alcoholic beverages”,.

The Obi Nyane Me singer also emphasized that endorsement deals were like businesses for the beneficiaries.

When she was explaining the matter, Patient Nyarko added, “Many people were complaining about the FDA law that has banned celebrities from endorsing alcoholic beverages but you see, the endorsements bring money”.

The Food and Drugs Authority (FDA) banned celebrities from endorsing alcoholic beverages, in January, 2020 which caused some musicians lose their endorsement deal with some alcoholic beverages companies.

This caused outrage amongst some other celebrities, who called for the lift of the ban celebrities.

Wendy Shay once lamented that, “I just lost a deal worth 1000s‘ of dollars with this foreign alcohol company..I didn’t know in GH, clebrities can’t advertise for alcoholic beverages according to FDA

Like Seriously?!

Small food we go chop too u wan take 4rm our mouth
