Another Release: Anas Aremeyaw Anas's New Expose

Anas Aremeyaw Anas; better known as Anas, is a Ghanaian investigative journalist known for many Notable investigative works.

The latest information has revealed that, Anas in collaboration with the Cable News Network (CNN), are out with new exposé on Journalism in Ghana.

According to the information, the new expose is mainly focused on how deadly it is, to practice journalism in Ghana.


The Cable News Network (CNN), in a post on its official Facebook page announced that, they are coming up with a new expose, led by Anas Aremeyaw Anas (the Ghanaian Investigative journalist).

The post is captioned; “What would you risk to expose the truth. Join Carlton McCoy and Anas Aremeyaw Anas, NABJ 2021 journalist of the year, and uncover the dangers and deadly side of journalism in Ghana. Sunday at 10 pm”.


Anas Aremeyaw Anas is from Bimbilla in Northern of Ghana. After his Senior High education at the Christian Methodist Senior High School in Accra, he continued to the Ghana Institute of Journalism. After his degree, Anas join the Crusading Guide newspaper in 1998, and worked under Kweku Baako Jnr.


Anas is known for some notable investigative works like; Ghana in the Eyes of God, which was release in the year 2015. This investigative piece was an investigation into the judicial system of Ghana. The expose resulted in the removal of some judicial officers from office; including 13 high court judges, 20 lower court judges and 19 Judicial Service court registrars and interpreters.


It also resulted in the probing of over 100 judicial service staff, after they were caught on camera taking gifts from undercover Tiger Eye PI investigators to influence court judgments.


One of Anas's most popular investigative works is the 'Number 12', released on May 6, 2018. The Number 12 expose was to expose corruption in the Ghana Football Association. The Number 12 exposé which implicated almost the entire football administration in Ghana, also resulted in the removal of the President of Ghana Football Association, Mr. Kwesi Nyantakyi.
