Current State Of Veteran Actor Kohwe Will Make You Shed Tears

The entertainment industry is one industry that brings happiness to a lot of people. Looking at the movie industry precisely, you can notice that a lot of the actors and actresses put smiles on everyone's faces. Although the fast-rising and even current actors and actresses seek to entertain us, the old movie stars also seek entertain us anytime we watch their movies. The likes of Maame Dokono, David Dontoh, Kohwe, Grace Nortey, Abusuapanin Judas, Edinam Atatsi, Brew Riverson Jnr, Emmanuel Armah, Kojo Dadson, Akofa Edjeani-Asiedu, Bob Smith Jnr (Diaboloman), and several others were making our screens very entertaining with their acting talent.

It is quite unfortunate that when these legends fall seriously ill, that is when most people remember them and try to go for visitation. Although they have been in the industry for long and have been ageing, it does not necessarily mean that is the main reason they should be "forgotten". It hasn't been quite a long time when sick-looking photos of legendary movie stars like Emmanuel Armah and Grace Nortey popped up on the internet and social media platforms. It was quite saddening. Kofi Laing, popularly known as Kohwe is a veteran Ghanaian actor who has been in the movie industry for a very long time now. The actor is one of the numerous legendary actor who has brought a lot of smiles on our faces. The actor has been sick for some time now and even came out to appeal to Ghanaians for help. If Ghanaians can recall, in October 2020, the Minister of Parliament for Ablekuma West, Ursula Owusu Ekuful paid a visit to Kohwe and promised to support him. In 2019 also, the then Tourism Minster Mrs. Barbara Oteng Gyasi also paid the actor a visit to donate some items.
