Micheal Owusu Addo, popularly known by his stage name, Sarkodie, or King Sark clocks a whooping 37 years today. He is one of the most renowned artistes in Ghana and has earned himself a lot of accolades, the most prominent are, VGMA artist of the decade, most VGMA award wins and the most decorated artiste in Ghana.

At such an age, he has already achieved what most folks of his level has not achieve. He is lived a fulfilled life. July 10th mark his birthday and so Ghanaians and all his fans do wish him a happy blessed birthday.

He has received his fair share of criticisms amongst which , is the fact that he was able to make a song to criticize John Mahama during his tenure as the president of Ghana. However, Ghanaians are surprised that he is quite and has not done the same.

Some say it is hypocrisy, others term it as "selling his conscience". No one knows why and so some people say that "we should never sell our conscience to politics". Irrespective of such accusations, Sarkodie is still one of the pride of Ghana.
