Rapper Black Sherif has been honored by traditional leaders in the Northern Region as the Nachin Naa of Tamale for his achievements in the music industry.
As part of the promotion for his debut record, "The Villain I Never Was," which was released on October 6, the new "Youth Chief" of Tamale is currently touring the area.
During the somber coronation ceremony in the Dakpema Palace hosted a celebration in his honor witnessed Blacko being adorned in a rich Northen smock and matching headwear fit for royalty.
In addition to expressing his gratitude to the people of Tamale, Black Sherif, real name Mohammed Ismail Sharrif, promised to support them.
