Ghanaian young talented and fast rising rapper based in Tamale in the northern region of Ghana, Laminu Abdul Hanan, popularly known as Nandos Dagbandoo in the entertainment industry thrilled hundreds of thousands of fans at the 7A’s Conference hall in Yendi, the capital city of the Dagbon Kingdom over the weekends.
On Saturday 18th of September, 2021, Nandos The Dagbandoo officially premiered his current song titled ‘Amiriya’ meaning wedding. The rapper featured striker De Donzy a supper star from Manprugu in the ‘Amiriya’ song.
The Lacar entertainment signee is believed to have been the first artist to have full up the 7A’s Conference centre and the first ever musician to have staged a show there.
The song ‘Amiriya’ have since received mass air play after the release of the official audio early part of 2021. The song is now anthem in most marriage and outdooring ceremonial grounds in northern region and across the eastern corridor enclave.
In an interview DJ Ras Bee on Dasuma Radio 99.1MHz, a local radio station in Yendi on Saturday, on the ‘eastern corridor chat show’. The rapper hinted of relocating from Tamale to Yendi where he was born and raised up.
Some of the artistes who were on bill on that wonderful, faithful and eventful night were K-Dee, the ‘Yariparim Zaachi’, one of the stars in the Yendi Municipality, Ruff Guy, the ‘Mama’ hit maker, Burna Razzy, Mabruk Jinger, Hudu Zomsala and among others just to mention few.
