Tom D’Frick, a member of Ghana’s Stubborn Academy, says no one should compare his lifestyle to that of any Kumasi artiste. He revealed that, to his knowledge, no other artiste, besides himself, Medikal, and Shatta Wale, can compete in genuine diamond jewelry.
During an interview on Pulse Ghana, he was asked about the Kumasi boys, Ypee and Oseikrom Sikani. He noted that, one thing about lifestyle it’s not about talking. You have to show the work. The Range Rover they are driving doesn’t cost close to his watch, so how can they murder him with the lifestyle?”
For Tom D’Frick, boasting must be supported by physical evidence. People like Y Pee and Oseikrom, he claims, lack such evidence.
“It’s not about you coming to make mouth (brag) that you are rich and you have this. Let people see what you have. Those people are just talking. Which cars? Which houses? Some of them that are making the noise even their house they said they bought is rent money in Accra. Yes, because the standard of living in Kumasi is much lower than living in Accra around the East Legon, Trassaco and others. So the cost of their houses is just like renting in Accra.”
Continuing to explain the dynamics of a wealthy lifestyle, the hip-hop artist stated that he does not mean to offend anyone, but no one can compete with himself and his gang (the stubborn academy)
These are some comments that he aslo made. “I’m not disrespecting anybody. We have big boys who are my friends in Kumasi. They have the real cash, but they are mute. For the lifestyle, nobody can beat the Stubborn Academicians. I’m talking about myself, Medikal and Shatta Wale. We are the only artiste that you see us wearing legitimate diamonds,” he concluded.
Oseikrom Sikani aslo made his statement that, he spend Ghc10,000 daily.
This upcoming rapper also claimed that the cost of his outfit alone is enough to purchase a car.
He further added a wide range of other accomplishments at his relatively young age.
He made these heavyweight utterances in an interview with Zionfelix.
