A Private Legal Practitioner, Bobby Benson has disclosed that, it's pure hypocrisy for people to suggest that Akuapem poloo should have been sent to do social services instead of serving a jailed term.
Bobby made this statement as a panelist on 'THE KEYPOINTS' program on TV3 when he was delving into the brouhaha surrounding the jailing of Akuapem poloo.
According to the private legal Practitioner, the fact that the child is hers doesn't mean that she can have that unfeted discretion to do whatever she wants with him.
"For me, the argument that it is hash has no factual or legal basis. It is pure hypocrisy for people to suggest that she should have been sent to do social services.
If it had been an ordinary person who is not a celebrity, would they have been making this noise?" - he said
He added that, Akuapem poloo is not the first person who is popular in Ghana and has had a brush with the law and the law has taken it course.
