Rape Obscene

Opinion: Guilty or not guilty- The story of Danny Masterson.

Danny Masterson, an actor known for his roles in "That '70s Show" and "The Ranch," has been accused of rape by multiple women. The actor has vehemently denied the allegations and has hired a team of high-profile defense attorneys to represent him in court.

Recently, one of Masterson's attorneys challenged new details in the rape story of one of the alleged victims, arguing that the story was inconsistent and lacked credibility. The alleged victim, who has not been publicly named, claimed that Masterson raped her in 2003 and 2004 while they were dating.

According to the alleged victim, Masterson would often force her to have sex against her will, and he would become violent when she refused. She also claimed that Masterson threatened her and her family if she ever reported the abuse.

Masterson's attorney argued that the alleged victim's story changed over time, and that there were inconsistencies in her account of the events. The attorney also pointed out that the alleged victim had maintained a relationship with Masterson after the alleged assaults had occurred, which the defense argued was not consistent with a victim of sexual assault.

However, the alleged victim's attorney countered that it was common for victims of sexual assault to maintain contact with their abusers, and that this behavior should not be used to discredit the victim's story.

Masterson has been charged with three counts of rape by force or fear in connection with the allegations made by three women. He has pleaded not guilty to the charges and is currently awaiting trial.

The case has garnered significant attention and has been closely followed by the media and the public. It has also raised important questions about the way that sexual assault cases are handled by the legal system and the challenges that victims face when coming forward with their stories.

It is important to note that while Masterson is entitled to a fair trial and the presumption of innocence, the allegations made against him are serious and should be taken seriously. It is also important to support and believe victims of sexual assault who come forward with their stories, as this can be a difficult and traumatizing process.
