Radio presenter and voice over artiste, Jessica started her weight loss transition about two years ago and has managed to remarkably transform herself into a fitness icon in the country.
3. Sammy Forson
The Radio presenter who revealed he had been battling with alcoholism and depression took a turn for good when he started his natural weight loss journey over a year ago. He says eating clean and exercising are the secrets to his transformation.
Nana Ama surprised a lot of people over two years ago when she emerged with a totally new physique in a television ad. The actress has attributed her weight loss to dietary change and a weight loss pill of which she is an ambassador.
5. Lekpacious Bose
Bose, the Nigerian comedienne decided to lose weight when she realised her health was at risk. She has now lost a ton of weight and serves as an inspiration to those who want to lose weight too.
Asem shocked Ghanaians with his drastic weight loss leaving some of his fan fearing for his health. But the artiste who is now based in the United States says it was a conscious decision to loose weight to manage his health.
