On the 20th of May, 2021, the prolific and Light weight Boxer cum comedian widely known as Braimah Kamoko aka Bukum Banku’s mother was reported dead after confirming the news on Asempa FM during an interview.
Braimah Kamoko today on an interview on SU TV has go into detail over his mother’s death to clear the air over various speculations.
According to the Boxer, he is the elderly son of her mother so he was the one taking care of her from time-to-time as her mother was already suffering from illness for over 20-years before her death.
“I always visit my mother at Awukugua in the Eastern region each and every month to check up on her and give her money to cater for herself, she stays with some family members so they are the ones who have been taking care of her for all this while”
“She went blind in the process of her illness so honestly she always needed people around her to help, I haven’t visited my Family at Awukugua due to financial issues but God willing tomorrow I will visit and make plans for her funeral rites”
Bukom Banku speaking on the capital raised for her Mummy’s burial; “I know some prominent men in Ghana who are willing to help me with the expenses of my mother’s burial and I am entreating the media houses in Ghana to support my mother’s funeral and make it a befitting one” He added
Bukum Banku revealed this on an interview on SU TV.
