The entertainment industry, particularly the music industry has been boiling this week over the arrest of Shatta Wale and Medikal. The issue has been very topical in almost all news portals and there are mixed reactions in the public domain.
Charles Nii Armah popularly known as Shatta has been remanded in prison custody for faking a gun attack. As it stands now, he is being accused of causing fear and panic in the public domain.
Whilst some Ghanaians are condemning the actions of Shatta Wale, others are of the view that his action was in response to a prophecy that he would be shot dead on October 18, 2021.
SM fans have gone rampage on Twitter verbally assaulting anyone who criticizes Shatta Wale. One of such convos has popped up on Twitter and it is interesting how it ended. An SM fan sent another person a direct message criticizing the latter for not supporting Shatta Wale's actions and there was a beautiful turnaround. See screenshots of the conversation below;
Interestingly, the conversation ended in a friendly manner.
Shatta Wale is expected to reappear in court in few days.
