Captain Smart, Kwamena Sam Biney, Yaa Brefo, and Yaa Kyera made up Angel Broadcasting Network's Anopa Bofuo. They worked well together and appeared to be a family. Kwamena Sam Biney has been missing for several weeks after Captain Smart was suspended by his previous supervisor, Dr. Kwaku Oteng. This raises the possibility that Captain Smart's counterpart received a suspension letter similar to Captain Smart's and has been able to keep it under wraps.
Following Captains suspension, Kwamena Sam Biney hosted the Anopa Bofuo for a few days until being replaced by Kofi Adoma Nwanwanii. If Kwamena Sam Biney was also given a suspension letter in secret, it raises a lot of questions. It's possible that this is true, or that he has traveled outside of the country.
Perhaps his supervisor has requested him to take a leave of absence or he has decided not to accept the position as Captain Smart's successor.
