Edem has made it clear to his musician colleague Shatta Wale that it is entirely unacceptable for him to allegedly rape a woman and then brag about it on social media.
Shatta Wale made this controversial and quite unneeded statement just three days ago while in a violent disagreement with his Nigerian colleague singer Burna Boy.
Many people have reacted negatively to the news, with some even demanding for Shatta Wale's arrest.
Among the many responses, Edem, the CEO of the Volta Regime Music Group (VRMG), retweeted, telling his colleague that it was bad that he would write such a tweet and be glad about it.
In response to Shatta Wale's tweet, which says in part: "Because he's a rapist, he's envious of the fact that I did the same to his girl because it's his job.
