Years after breaking up with her ex-husband Rev. Wilberforce John Aidoo, Portia Asare, one of Kumawood's greatest actresses, recently walked down the aisle. The Kumawood actress has found love again in Mr Raymond Kweku Marfo, after a long wait for the Lord.
After months of planning, they decided to tie the knot last Saturday in a colorful traditional wedding. Her wedding photos have been widely circulated in the media. Not long ago, she had her white wedding.
The two were dressed to the nines in their nicest kente cloth outfits. They proceeded with the rights of the marriage while people cheered them up from their seats, looking so colorful and awesome.
Portia Asare, according to recent reports, has caught a large fish. Mr Raymond Marfo Kweku, who is also the owner of the RKM group of companies, is said to be the Chief Executive Officer of the RKM group of enterprises.
He is believed to be a very respectable man whom his friends admire and respect because of his calm demeanor. According to sources, he's the big meat among his pals and hails from a well-to-do family.
Portia seems to have waited a long time for the right one to come along at the right time.
When Portia married her ex-husband, Rev. Wilberforce John Aidoo, she vanished from the TV screens. According to the actress, her husband was not very supportive of her work, so she had to either stay at home every day or do something she wasn't particularly good at.
She ultimately missed being on set, and on the day she chose to pursue her ambitions of becoming an actor once more, her husband abandoned her, leaving her single for the first time in her life. She's now fortunate enough to have found someone who values her for who she is.
