A popular household name when it comes to ‘Kumawood movies’ Kwakwo Nkansah Lilwin, who has featured in a lot of movies in Ghana, and when it comes to music too he is there, has told the general of his humble beginning, stating that he was once a shoemaker, a carpenter, borehole and chainsaw operator.
According to the movie star, he did all this before he became an Actor/Musician, Lilwin in an interview with Andy Dosty, said “I have done a lot of deadly jobs which almost led to my death, for close to 5 years I was off the scene because I was seriously sick”.
The Actor whose revelation seeks to encourage the upcoming movie stars, and musician to work towards their goals no matter their humble beginning.
Kwakwo Nkansah Lilwin has also produced a lot of movies and released a lot of music albums, and his current movie series which features a lot of music stars to unearth their talent in acting, is shown on an Accra based TV station with the title “Cocoa Season”.
