One interesting thing about the interview was that, Taylor made some reference to Wale 'Nation Address' he made some few days ago. Which was about promoting Ghnana music, entertainment and Tourism at large.
1, Reference number one. "Decentralization". Kelvin was like "Wale, you live in Greater Accra and every show you do is always in Accra. So how do you archive that when you refused to go to other regions and towns in Ghana?"
Wale said it is not just about him alone, thus the industry players, The ministry and Awards and Events organizers. For example where VGMA and 3music Awards is always taking place in Accra.
2, Reference number two. "The Ministry taking decision without involving the industry players". When asked how he was going to address that challenge, he said he doesn't know. Very challenging!! Hmm But he was quick to suggest that, the ministry should make music as a Tourism tool.
Even though he appreciate individuals efforts but Wiyala is doing everything possible out there but no one is helping.
Now the question is begging for answers. But before that, do you agree with Wale the Ministry is taking decisions without involving the industry players or you think different?
