Akuapem Poloo never envisioned this day was going to invite doom at her doorsteps. She woke up feeling okay, only to realize she was getting close to jail. According to a report from Adom News, the actress and social media influencer is going to serve 82 days in jail.
She was given a 90-day jail term by Accra Circuit Court on the 16th of April this year according to Graphic.com.gh
Poloo then appealed at the Accra High Court but sadly, her appeal was dismissed today. This must be a very devastating moment for her, as well as her son.
Before leaving, she decided to post some emotional pictures and looking at the caption that came with the pictures, I bet you cannot control your tears.
In as much as the message is emotional, there is also an element of inspiration present within. She inspired her son to stay strong in these difficult times and went ahead to assure him that she would be back.
Below is what she posted;
"Son, I love you and God is with you always, you know. Be good till Mummy comes back, God is in control".
Looking at the post, you could see that some celebrities were touched and decided to motivate her.
Well, the court ordered that in the absence of the convict, her son should be taken care of by any competent person in her family.
This might look weird to him but I'm sure he will get used to it.
