Today, Power FM journalist, Oheneba Boamah Bennie completed his two weeks arrest period in prison and consequently, he has been released. Many expected him to be silent or restrain himself from speaking in the public domain for some time. However, he surprised Ghanaians with an unexpected post on Facebook. It was a flier which revealed his debut show on the Battle Ground Power FM after his release.
The show was meant to discuss if the town hall meetings the government is organizing to educate Ghanaians of the e-levy, is yielding the right results. The guests to be expected on the show are George Opare Addo, Kofi Adams and Nii Lange Vanderpuye.
This post triggered massive reactions from Ghanaians. Some praised Oheneba Boamah Bennie for proving the government wrong that intimidation will never win. Others also blasted him for not learning his lessons and still returning to the media space. Check some of the reactions.
