According to Mzbel as she stated on his Facebook Page reveal that, She admit John Dramani Mahama's Free Primary Health Care for all Ghanaians.As with Mahama's Free Primary Health Care, Mzbel has campaigning for NDC and also she encouraged his fans to vote for John Mahama to win 2020 General Election, to get access to the Free Primary Health Care Plan for every Ghanaians as Mahama has stated on his 2020 People's Manifesto.
