Aisha Modi, the wild and avid Stonebwoy fan known for her no-nonsense quirk has taken some swipes at the Ghana Music Industry for having an unfavourable system to provide social security to its stakeholders.
Ghana woke up to see a disturbing video circulating on the media space that sees one of the most successful producers in the music industry in a devastating condition. He has drunk to stupor. Aisha Modi believed the one-time reigning beat maker is in his current condition because of the state of the industry.
“Can’t hold my tears after watching this video, Oh Ghana hmm. This is what I have been fighting for all these years, but people think Otherwise. we need a better system to secure a better life for our celebrities in the industry so that in the future they don’t stress before surviving. How can a legend like SugarTone who produced many hit songs be in this condition? it’s very sad 😔.”
Aisha Modi called upon the industry to do the right thing as they already know. Besides, it does not happen in Nigeria that veteran players in their entertainment industry suffer in the latter days after their reign.
“Musigha You guys know the right thing to do pls! God! Shame to MUSIGHA OOOO SHAMEEE. Shame to Ghana music industry! Shame. U will never see this in NIGERIA boi.”
In other updates, the father of Sugar Tone has addressed that the musicians that visited the son’s studio introduced him to smoking weed. Unfortunately, the act took hold of him and now he can’t just help it.
Sugar Tone has reigned in the 2000s producing songs for Shatta Wale, Daasebre, Reggie Zippy and others.
Do you side with Aisha Modi about the music industry or the players are responsible for their own destinies?
