Kumawood is a privately owned movie and awards industry that is based in Kumasi, Ghana. It was founded by Samuel Kwabena Darko, a Ghanaian businessman and entrepreneur. The Kumawood industry is one of the biggest movie industry in the country, it is based in Kumasi and have also witness a lot if successful actors and actresses.
China Amissah is one of the most talented actresses in the movie industry.she has been in the movie industry for years now. You can never talk about Kumawood and exclude her, she plays a major role in the movies. She has be on set and feature many actors such as Akrobeto, Agya Koo, Akyere Bruwaa, Christiana Awuni, Bill Asamoah, Sharpiro and many other talented actors in the industry. She is usually a foreigner in a movie industry die to her Chinese looks. Sometimes too she will be the princess in a village. But the roles she mostly play is a foreigner due to her Chinese looks.she has be on set in many movies such as Aisha, Agya Koo Azonto and many more. She has been off screen for a while now.
