Jackline Acheampong known professionally as Gyakie is a Ghanaian afrobeat/afro fusion singer. In 2019, Gyakie released her first single titled; "Love is Pretty" which paved way for another single, "Never Like This." She is a very good singer who has made alot of records on some social media platforms like Spotify that even the king himself sarkodie has never made. The amazing thing about her is her scene of humor, she is a free and a loving type of person according to does close to her.
Gyakie was raised in Kumasi in the Ashanti Region of Ghana. She was born into a family of musicians and by age eight, she had started joining her father in the studio. She was also influenced by Asa and Ghanaian musician Omar Sterling of R2Bees. Gyakie completed T.I. Ahmadiyya Senior High School, Kumasi and is now an undergraduate student of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), She is studying International business.
