Eno Barony was born Ruth Eno Adjoa Amankwah Nyame Adom to Reverend Abraham Nyame Adom and Mrs. Rebecca Nyame Adom in Tema, Ghana's port and business hub.

Eno began her schooling at Shallom Preparatory School and went on to Cambridge Academy for her lower elementary education.

She completed her junior high school education at Methodist J.H.S., went on to Methodist Day Secondary School in Tema for her senior secondary education, and then went on to Kumasi Polytechnic for her tertiary education.

Despite her reputation as a rap artist, she collaborated on the Save Mama Today project with Stay Jay, FlowKing Stone, Dr. Cryme, and other renowned artists. She was nominated for the first edition of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards' unsung category in 2014. At the Ghana Music Week, she played alongside Popcaan and Jah Vinci at the Accra Sports Stadium. She also performed alongside Ghanaian rapper Sarkodie at the Closeup event. She received a nomination for the Jigwe Awards. Her collaboration with Togo's Mcee Mic Flammez was nominated for a 4Syte Music Video Award for Best Hiphop Video.
