Yaa Boakyewaa of Sankofa FM mother was reported death on the 25th of March, 2021 after it was disclosed that she suffered from an ailment. Yaa Boakyewaa who is very known in Ghana as a Radio Presenter and Newscaster of Sankofa FM took unto her Facebook page to break the news to her loved ones. Since the demise, she has been posting updates over the funeral arrangements of her mother.
After 4-months of the late Elizabeth Boakyewaa Agyemang (AKA Auntie Lizzy) she has finally been been buried. Yaa Boakyewaa has served Ghanaians for long in the media so she is really known and adored by the General public.
The funeral ceremony of her mother was held in Accra - Ashale Botwe. She received a very befitting burial. Some prominent people such as Kofi Adoma Nwanwani, Actress Emelia Brobbey, Wendy Shay, Bullet and many others joined Yaa Boakyewaa to mourn her late mother for the last.
Wendy Shay And Emelia Brobbey really made the funeral lively and consoled the bereaved Yaa Boakyewaa as they stood up on their feet to dance Adowa and also spray some cash on the drummers at the funeral grounds.
The Late Auntie Lizzy has finally been buried. The funeral was broadcasted live by Kofi Adoma on Kofi TV excerpt the burial of where it was stated to be private burial.
