Patience Asiedua popularly known as Nana Agradaa who is in the business of money doubling has been arrested by a team of Ghana Police service at operative for the National Security on Tuesday, April 20, 2021.
The service personnels closed down two satellite television stations in Kasoa in the Central Region which is believed to be affiliated with the Nana Agradaa.
These two digital TV stations namely Thunder TV and Ice 1 TV have been closed for transmitting without a license the process of the arrest, the security service personnels have also seized the equipment used in the TVs' transmission.
This arrest came as a result of the public pressure on the National Communications Authority (NCA) to eradicate unlicensed and money ritual TV stations on Ghana's digital platform.
This pressure came after two teenagers kill their friend in attempt to use it for a money ritual.
Nana Agradaa, who usually travels to many countries in respect of her work as a fetish priestess always advertises her on Thunder TV for her ritual money which many Ghanaians and other country's citizens patronage a lot.
On her arrest, she has admitted to the practices and she is currently in Police custody, helping Police in further investigations.
The National Communications Authority has assured Ghanaians they will get rid of all TV stations promoting practices like Nana Agradaa's own.
