On Onua TV's Onua Maakye Program this morning, popular Journalist, Captain Smart has revealed what happened when he had an encounter with a Dj in Kumasi. According to Captain Smart, Christiana Love had recently divorced her husband and the said DJ refused to play her song because she is a gospel musician and her divorce will not send a good message.
After the DJ said that, Captain Smart replied him in a very smart way. He told him that; it is Christiana Love who has divorced someone and not her songs therefore the Dj is wrong to say that. He said all these when he and his panel today were discussing why women especially celebrities are unable to leave abusive marriage.
Captain Smart added that, women faces stigmatizion when they leave their marriages. He used what the Dj did as an example saying if he had not interceded, the Dj wouldn't have played the song. They urged they society to becareful on how they treat such issues
