Kwabena Jumah, the son of GIHOC Distilleries Company Limited Managing Director Maxwell Kofi Jumah nicknamed Kofi Ghana, has married President Akufo-third Addo's daughter, Edwina Nana Dokua Akufo-Addo.
According to reports, the secret traditional wedding took place on Saturday, October 9, 2021 at the Presidential Villa at Jubilee House. It was attended by several members of both families' families, as well as close friends and loved ones.
In a video circulating on social media, President Akufo-Addo is seen with a microphone asking his daughter, Edwina Akufo-Addo, if she agrees to be the groom's wife, and she says yes.
President Akufo-Addo and Maxwell Kofi Jumah, as well as their families, posed for some lovely group shots to demonstrate how the marriage has brought the two families closer together.
The President and his daughter showed off their dancing talents, as the groom partnered up with First Lady Rebecca Akufo-Addo on the dance floor.
Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, Vice President, and his wife, Samira Bawumia, who were also present at the occasion, joined the Akufo-Addo-Jumah family on the dance floor to celebrate their nuptials.
