Bisa Kdei is the first Ghanaian artiste to break into the spotlight with a film soundtrack. Musically, Bisa Kdei has had fruitful joint efforts with top artists in Ghana, Africa and the World on the loose. A portion of these Ghanaian performers Bisa Kdei has worked with include Sarkodie, D-Black, Efya, Obrafour, KwawKese, Manifest, Stonebwoy, Medikal, Becca, E.L, R2Bees, Samini, Irene Logan, Kofi Nti, DeeVS, Keche, Lighter, Patoranking, Reekado Banks, Lola Rae, Tach-Noir, JRio and others. Bisa Kdei self-created a portion of these joint efforts from his studio; Chingam by Sarkodie, One of Your Own by Efya,Pimpinaa by Obrafour, and so forth. Bisa Kdei has cited Nana Ampadu, J.A. Adofo, Dr. Paa Bobo, Daddy Lumba, Nana Acheampong and others as his melodic motivations. Bisa Kdei has expressed that he wants to change lives in Africa, yet the remainder of the world or more all, to raise the banner of Ghana and be one of the solid columns individuals can consider. Bisa Kdei recognizes himself as a Christian. He accepts each religion has its own chief and with that, he loves and regards everybody paying little mind to strict contrasts. Bisa Kdei mirrored his Christian confidence in his Gospel tune named "Give It To Baba". On a few media stages, Bisa Kdei has expressed, "I give everything to God since he is the reason I am here at this point." 

It was supposedly detailed that Bisa Kdei and Becca were in a mystery relationship. The two artists have denied claims by the media. 

Bisa Kdei lost his mom on August 19, 2015, inside Cocoa Clinic. The same day he delivered the music video for his single, "Mansa".
