The sensational Ghanaian gospel singer, Evangelist Diana Asamoah has expressed joy over the Arrest of Patience Asiedua, popularly known by Ghanaians as Nana Agradaa. A few hours ago, the Minister for Communications briefed the public through her official Facebook page that, the owner of Thunder TV and Ice1 TV has been arrested for illegal transmission without licenses.
This incident took place at Kasoa in the Central Region where Ghana Police Service, National Security Intelligence Operatives and National Communication Authority stormed Nana Agradaa's satellites stations and arrested her in the process.
But Evangelist Diana Asamoah claimed that she has prayed to God before for Agradaa's 'Sika Gari' activity to come to an end. Nana Agradaa claims that 'Sika Gari' is her personal god that multiplies money with some rituals she makes. She has hence admitted to this illegality and is currently in custody assisting with further investigations.
But what surprised some Ghanaians is the gospel singer trying to get herself into this issue. Some Ghanaians said that a true Christian does not enjoy the fall of her enemies but rather pray for repentance for them. The Bible said that "Do not rejoice over the fall of your enemies but rather pray for them so that all shall come to repentance".
Some social media users also advised the Evangelist to mind her own business because she has some personal needs she should pray for. Check out some comments from Ghanaians below:
A Facebook user known as Emmanuel Boadu reacted that, "Both of Agradaa and Diana are in the same scale so who is praying with the Holy Spirit. Diana is no more a Christian, she is just a gospel Singer".
Another Facebook user known as Ama Eduwa Koomson also said that "I know you have been praying from the very day she insulted and lied against you. Amen".
