Is Gyakie the new Afro-Girl in town: Checkout her latest photos which explains it.

Gyaakie has come out with amazing pictures which has been the talk of town. Gyakie as an artiste is taking the Ghanaian music by storm. Even though she is a student and a young lady her age is not a barrier to her. 

She has over the years been tagged as the young and upcoming artiste who is turning the Ghanaian music around. People believe she is continuing her fathers legacy in terms of music. 

Gyakie whose official name is Jackline Acheampong is an afropop and Afrobeats musician who has cemented her name in the annals of the Ghanaian music industry. She shot to fame after releasing her debut song “love is pretty”. 

Afterwards she gave Ghanaian back to back hits, and one outstanding soundtrack which was even the song for the First Lady of Ghana, Rebecca Akuffo, thus, “Forever”. 

The “My Ming dey for you” hit maker is an old student of T. I. Ahmadiyya Senior High School. She later on moved to further her degree at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology where she is currently pursuing her bachelor’s in international Business. 

Gyaakie’s comes from a home of music legends. Her father is the legendary Nana Acheampong. Many people believe that, her dad helps her in her music career. But according to her she does everything by herself. And that, she is not relying on her fathers fame to make it. She is signed unto the Flip Records. 

She has currently released her latest single titled “Need me” which is currently making waves on television and radio stations.
