In a video posted by Mr. Appiah Mensah depicting details of what would be expected in the city, there would be great facilities such as Sports Complex, Business Complex, Gulf Course, Sports Stadium and Gymnasium.
Other facilities include Power Solar Station, Shopping Arcrade, Film Messeum, Film Village, Cinema, Metro Station among others.
NAM is currently battling 13 charges against the state in court, which includes abetment of crime, defrauding by false pretences, carrying on a deposit-taking business without licence, sale of minerals without licence, unlawful deposit taking, and money laundering.
He has reportedly taken various sums of money, totalling GHC1.6 billion from customers.
But what does Mensgold customers make of this new promise and the possibility of them having a share in this 500 plots, because the customers go far beyond that number.
