Veteran actor Psalm Adjeteyfio disclosed how happy he was to have been showed much care by the public and the single personalities that lent him a helping hand in the clearance of all his debts and even to the extent of providing more than he could ever ask for. This seems to be the third time the veteran actor has solicited for help through the various media channels and many are hoping that this time around, the help given, would be able to sustain him for a long period and some also question what he used all the money he acquired during his acting days for, instead of investing for his future.
Many of the public figures who rushed to his aid were media celebrity Nana Aba Anamoah, public figure Ayisha Modi, the vice president Dr Mahmoud Bawumia and many others included. Ghanaians have shown much respect and admiration for Dr Bawumia because he put aside his pain and mourning, and heeded to the cries of the needy even in his sorrow. Many of his sympathizers salute his act of honour and have clashed with the ‘against’ who say that providing the large sum of money isn’t enough but rather investing it and building him a home would prevent Psalm Adjeteyfio from petitioning for help again. They have also cautioned the many who are trying to involve propaganda and partisan politics to desist from it since the vice president is in a state of mourning and has done an honourable deed in his charity work.
