Meet Popular Actor Li Lianjie (Jet Li), See His Recent Photos

Growing up, I was much enthused by Chinese movies like "Fearless", "Remeo Must Die", "Born to defend" and many other movies that featured champion martial artist and Chinese film actor Li Lianjie, professionally known as Jet Li.

Born April 26, 1963, Jet Li started his career as a martial artist at an early age of 11 where he won his first National Championship. By age 17 Jet Li retired in the martial sport to begin his acting career. Li began with his film debut in Shaolin Temple, which made him very popular in his home country.

In the year 1998, Jet Li featured in his first English language movie which he played the role as a villain in "Lethal Weapon 4. This was followed by his debut film "Remeo must Die" which made a Global hit and is still the favorite of many Ghanaians.

Li is long known by many for his youthful looks and acrobatic moves which spans across decades of action movies. However not much is known about his current looks, even after he was reported in recent years to have battled hyperthyroidism, a disease that causes weight loss.
