Many TV shows have aired over the years and given us fond memories and one of such shows is the popular Concert Party series.
The comedy show which used to air on Ghana Broadcasting Corporation 's Ghana Television (GTV) in the 1990s to early 2000s was under the auspices of the Kristo Asafo Church headed by Apostle Kwadwo Safo.
Concert Party which captured the attention of a sizable audience in Ghana had a signature tune which kept many people glued to their TV sets on Saturday nights back in the day.
The show had legendary acts and also birthed actors who we have come to love as they have gone on to dazzle us on the screens after the show and still going strong. It had legends from late Margaret Quainoo (alias Araba Stamp), late Bob Santo, late Yaw Donkor (alias Nkomode), Bishop Bob Okala, Kofi Adu (alias Agya Koo), Akwasi Boadi (alias Akrobeto), Abusuapanin Judas, Mercy Asiedu, Auntie Bea, Water Proof, Abenkwan, A1 and many more comedians who appeared on the show.
