The American-based Ghanaian journalist, Kevin Ekow Taylor, has taken a swipe at the host of 'Kokrokoo' on Peace FM, Kwami Sefa Kayi, for asking the government to restore the operational license of Radio Gold following its shutdown by the National Communication Authority three years ago. According to him, Radio Gold was shut down about three years ago so why is Kwami Sefa Kayi talking about it now.
Kevin Taylor made this statement on his 'With All Due Respect' program yesterday, June 28th, 2021, when he reacted to Kwami Sefa Kayi's comments asking the government to restore the operational license of Radio Gold.
According to Kevin Taylor, if you are a Ghanaian and you think that you can rely on Kwami Sefa Kayi for information, then you are doing yourself a disservice.
"It has been some years now, is Kwami Sefa Kayi telling us that he has now realized that Radio Gold has been shut down? This is the 2nd term of Akufo Addo's governance, and you are now talking about the speed at which radio Gold was shutdown as disturbing, is Kwami Sefa Kayi telling us that he has now seen this?" He asked
He added that Kwami Sefa Kayi has cost this nation a lot because he is among the people who cooked Akufo Addo for us.
