He paid his last dues to his country with his last appearance at the 59th independence day parade. Seven days after his performance, Ghanaians woke up to the sad news of his death. It was reported he collapsed on stage while performing at the koforidua Jackson park and died shortly at the Koforidua Regional hospital after being rushed to the hospital. He died on March 13th,2016.
