A lot of Ghanaians have reacted to the 90 days jail sentence of the Social media influencer with mixed reactions.
Many thought her sentence was very harsh since there are people walking free but have committed very serious offences.
So most people did not understand why those people should be walking free while someone who took a nude picture with her own son ahould be languishing in jail.
Fortunately for the actress, provision was made for her to be able to appeal her case.
So her lawyers promised to launch an appeal earlier this week of which they did on Monday.
The case was recalled and and the actress has Fortunately been granted bail.
This is a very good news for Akuapem Poloo and her family since her sentence is said to have a serious psychological and emotional effect on her little boy .
So the bail being granted her will go a long way to ease the family's burden on how to cater for her little boy.
It seems we are yet to see a lot of issues unfold on this Akuapem Poloo's brouhaha. The bail being granted her will go a long way to set a bad precedent.
This action by the court will only motivate her colleagues to engage in Similar acts or even worse.
