“I never said I was lonely” – Nikki Samonas to fans

Ghanaian actress Nikoletta Samonas better known as Nikki Samonas has stated that she did not say she was lonely.

The 35-year-old actress said this following the confusion she caused on social media. On Sunday 27^th September 2020, Nikki was in the news for posting about loneliness. She tweeted “Loneliness is a fucking disease”. Though she did not specify that she was lonely, it triggered a lot of talks about. Twitter users assumed she was taking about herself. As some of them sympathized with her and even offered to help her overcome her loneliness, others insisted she marries. Some of her fans got confused because she had early stated in a discussion on the ATUU Show with Abeiku Santana that she was too young to marry therefore it was quite surprising talking about loneliness. Nonetheless, marriage does not necessarily gets rid of loneliness. During the interview, the international act also said that she has bounced many men because she seeks to be financially stable before she ventures into marriage.

In a new post later in the day, Nikki Samonas asserted that she never said she was lonely. “I only made a glaring statement. You guys should chill”, she wrote. This post was accompanied with laughing emojis. This clearly indicates that she was not talking about herself.
