In an orphanage, Wendy Shay and her Shay Foundation staff were captured.
Wendy Shay and her colleagues have started a new charity project to help the less fortunate as part of the Shay Foundation's mandates.
The Chosen Children Home is the name of the orphanage Huhunya Eastern region.
"After 4 hours of driving @shayfoundation successfully made it to the Hour of Grace Orphanage home at Huhunya, Eastern area," Wendy Shay writes on her Facebook page.
Wendy Shay is a registered nurse who has worked as a clinical midwife. She worked as a midwife until she moved to Ghana to pursue her musical dreams.
After the unfortunate loss of label member Ebony Reigns, she was introduced to music by Rufftown Records Manager Bullet and signed in January 2018.
Wendy Shay's debut single "Uber Driver," produced by MOG Beatz, was released on June 1, 2018.
The song was released on the same day as the official video.
Wendy Shay has been enstooled as the Ahenemba Hemaa of Gomoa Afransi[19] in Ghana's Central Region, with the stool name Queen Ewurabena Ofosuhemaa Shay 1.
