Many believe Charles Kwadwo Fosu, better known as Daddy Lumba, to be one of the best, if not the best, Ghanaian musicians alive today. Nsuta Amangoase, in the Sekyere Central District near Mampong in the Ashanti region, was where he was born on September 29, 1964. Ama Saah is the name of the mother. He went to Juabeng Senior High School for his education.
He has a long list of records under his belt. Sika, Tokrom, Bubra, Sika Asem, Poison, Awoso, Back for Good, Ahenefo Kyeneye, Asee ho, and other brands are among them.
He is not just a superb singer, but also a fantastic songwriter. When it comes to love songs, we can say he's a pro. The majority of his songs have a love theme to them. Certain of his songs can cause controversy, but that is one of the reasons why some people enjoy them. He also knows just when a song should be released.
Despite the fact that he appears to be younger, this brilliant musician celebrated his 57th birthday this year. And, as has always been the case, there was a need to celebrate this titan in Ghana's music industry. This is how a fun club called House of Daddy Lumba fun club opted to celebrate him, as many people were surely doing so in their own way. A request was made for him on a particular radio station.
I believe it is appropriate to honor some of these legends while they are still living. Given how quickly some of these great legends are passing away, the greatest thing we can do now is to respect and honor them while they are still here. Not only that, but we should take advantage of their knowledge while they are still alive, before it is too late.
I hope you will agree that Daddy Lumba is a legend who deserves all of the praise he received on his birthday because he has had a significant impact on the Ghanaian music business.
