Fast-rising gospel performer Elicia Osei, also known online as Elicia De Great, has responded to claims made online that Joyce Blessing's voice can be heard in her music.
The "Adom" singer recently claimed in an exclusive interview with Zionfelix that she has been hearing people say that she genuinely sounds like Joyce Blessing when she sings, but oddly, she has never met or really knows her.
She continued by telling how several people rushed the recording studio where she had just finished work to make sure Joyce Blessing was not singing in the booth.
After sharing this information, Zionfelix questioned Elicia De Great about how, despite not knowing Joyce Blessing, she suddenly sounds like her. Elicia De Great replied that she did not sound the same way when she recorded with Big Ben in 2005.
She claimed that she was quite immature and illiterate when she first entered the music business. But after working in the field for a while, she feels that this is her actual calling.
