When it comes to who is the best rapper in Ghana, it becomes a hot debate among entertainment critics. In most cases, people become bias because they belong to the camp of their favourite rapper. Ghana has produced the best rappers who have stood the test of time since the 90s.
Some names of our legends include but not limited to, Reggie Rockstone, Lord Kenya, Obrafour, Kwaw Kesse, Okomfo Kwade and Czar just to mention but a few. In modern times, more rappers have emerged with an astounding show of talents which has led to some winning BET, a very prestigious award internationally.
But who is actually the best rapper in Ghana?
Yesterday, I chanced upon a circular which is going viral on the various social media networks especially on Twitter about top fifty (50) rappers on the African continent. The list was compiled by a certain organization whose identify is yet to be known.
From the list, 50 rappers from about ten (10) countries in Africa made it to the top. Per their rank, I will share with you the top rappers in Ghana and how they ranked in Africa as well.
1. Sarkodie also the 1st In Africa
2. M.anifest but 11th in Africa
3. Reggie Rockstone but 20th in African
4. Obrafour but 27th in Africa
5. Lord Kenya but 40th in Africa
6. E. L. but 45th in Africa

Do you think this reflects the true performance of our rappers in Ghana? Or you disagree with them.
