Franklin Cudjoe wades into Akuapem Poloo’s Conviction Saga

The Founding President and CEO of IMANI Center for Policy and Education Ghana, Franklin Cudjoe, has waded into the controversies that surround the conviction of Akuapem Poloo.

On April 14, 2021 the controversial actress and video vixen, Rosemond Brown popularly known in the creative arts industry as Akuapem Poloo, was remanded in the custody of police after she was arraigned at Accra Circuit Court.

She was convicted to undergo pregnancy test on the basis of sharing nude pictures of herself and her son on social media.

However, Franklin Cudjoe asseverated in his Facebook post that Akuapem Poloo deserves a second chance despite pleading guilty of the charges she has been charged with.

“Akuapem Polo deserves a second chance. May she be pardoned”, he said.

Moreover, Franklin Cudjoe averred that the famous “Galamsey Queen” in Ghana, Aisha Huang, and her team caused serious harm than Akuapem Poloo's.

“Galamsey, Aisha Huang and her sponsors have done more damage perpetuating poverty and scarring our consciences than Akuapem Polo's”, he said.

He wrote this on Facebook yesterday.
