It has been about six days now when one of the popular celebrity in Ghana by Name Rosemond Brown was sentenced to serve a period of 90 days in Jail which is equivalent to 3 months term.
Just after the announcement or the sentence, the Lawyer who stood in for Akuapem Poloo made a massive turn to appeal as he is of the view that, a fair sentence was not given to his client.
Base on this, a time was set to hear from the Lawyer concerning his appeal and it was scheduled to take place today 21st April 2021.
Live on Angel TV and other television stations, it was announced that, the hearing was successful and it was finally agreed that, Akuapem Poloo will be given bail from jail with some conditions.
1. She needs to settle a fine of Gh¢ 80,000 bail.
2. Present her own passport to the registrar of the court as she visits her investigator every fortnight.
His is good news as all is set to liberate Akuapem Poloo from jail without serving her full 90 days jail that was pronounced on her over the past six days
Akuapem Poloo is one of the best female actresses in Ghana before she was sentenced to jail.
He hopes she will make a massive impact in the movie industry when she is set free from prison.
