TV3 has given details about how Josephine Ataa Panyin who was accused of faking her pregnancy isn't giving up. According to the reports she is all set to file a fresh witness statement to support her position.
Last year, Josephine Ataa Panyin went viral in the entire country that she has been kidnapped with her baby removed and thrown away. Although doctors gave up on her that she was never pregnant, she is still insisted.
When the case was reportedly called today, her lawyers signalled their readiness to submit and file their witness documents.
As to how this case will go, we can't ascertain. Its indeed a legal test for both the prosecution and defense teams. At the long run, we shall definitely know who is speaking the truth.
