The said video walking round on social media shown Kofi Jamar and Yaw Tog sitting on the couch playing Game and doing their own thing. Gyakie was seen walking up to them and hugged Kofi, leaving Yaw Tog aback. For what is seen in the video, many Ghanaian, Social Media users has called it snubbing.
While some have criticised Gyakie for being ‘too known’, and Yaw Tog for seeing himself ‘big’ in the video, Kofi Jamar defended Gyakie.
He has explained what happened and why Gyakie was not seen hugging Yaw in the video.
"Let's stop the false narrative and push what needs the right attention please.
Ain't no fuss between Yaw Tog and Gyakie none snubbed the other as it's been reported. Myself and Yaw Tog were in the Greenroom (Backstage) before Gyakie came. First person she hugged was Yaw Tog before me. However the video post captured only my part because that's what my manager was able to capture as he walked in seconds after Gyakie." Kofi Jamar explained.
That was when they went to Nigeria last weekend for Arima Awards 2021. He also added they all had a good time as 'TeamGhana' in Nigeria. And it was all love.
Ghanaians are not happy with what they have seen in the video, not after explanation. See reactions!! You can watch Video
