Up and coming Ghanaian singer, Daniel Boateng, professionally known as Yaw DC has revealed the inspiration behind his song One Day. According to him, it’s a motivational song that vitalizes listeners and fans to have hope for the future. It dropped on 1st June 2021.
Mixed by DilaBeats, it emphasizes the saying of experiencing light at the end of the tunnel. Therefore people should hold on and not give up on life, yet.
“One Day…is basically a motivational and inspiring song which talks about hope for the future…. whatever that we are going through we should believe that one day our stars will shine.” He said.
Yaw DC revealed that he has gone through a lot himself. There are days he goes to bed with no meal with hopes that there will be good times in the future. Also, he was inspired to write One Day looking at how the youth in Ghana are persevering through hardship on the street.
Earlier this year, January 15 to be precise, the singer released his debut track dubbed Prayer. It preaches that people suffer and hustle, at the end of it all God will listen to their cries and bless them.
